Industry Tracks ("the App") is a daily song guessing game developed by Joshua Alvarez ("we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the app store from which you downloaded it (the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
The App provides a daily song guessing game with free features and an optional paid subscription ("Industry Tracks Pro") that unlocks additional features. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
The App uses an anonymous identifier rather than a traditional account — no name, email, or password is required. You are responsible for any activity associated with your device and identifier. A recovery code you generate is the only way to restore your progress on a new device; keep it safe, as we cannot recover it for you.
Industry Tracks Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription:
A 7-day free trial is available to eligible new subscribers. After any free trial, the subscription automatically renews at the listed price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your app store account settings. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; we may change prices with notice as permitted by the app store. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by the applicable app store in accordance with its policies — we do not process payments directly.

We may remove content (such as a nickname) or restrict access that violates these Terms.
The App allows you to create and join leagues with other players. You are responsible for the content you contribute, including league names and your nickname. Please keep league participation respectful.
The App, its content, design, and branding are owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data from within the App under Settings → Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
